Discord bridges

It is possible to bridge individual channels from a Discord server to XMPP.

The best current option to do so is the XMPP-Discord-Bridge.

Matterbridge is another general option that supports both Discord and XMPP. Although the support on the XMPP side is currently limited to a relay bot forwarding the messages.
